Dr Mark Tupper is a marine ecologist and fisheries scientist with 35 years of international experience across consultancy, academia, government and the non-profit sector. He founded Tidal Meridian to provide independent, senior-level expertise in applied marine ecology for coasts, habitats and fisheries.

Mark’s work focuses on situations where robust ecological evidence must support practical decisions. He advises clients on coastal development, marine environmental assessment, habitat management and restoration, fisheries sustainability and protected-area management.
